Ruto is clearly on campaign mode, always speaking in future tense, in the universal court of law, this means he has no definitive day to fulfil what he promises because he always states it the future, the universal law of attraction supports this because for anything to actually happen or be, it has to be stated in the present. These comments have sparked widespread anger and discontent among a generation striving for better opportunities and recognition.
